Changes and replacements

At MGV SUPPLY, we want you to receive your products in perfect condition. The conditions for exchanges, returns, and replacements may vary depending on the country of purchase and the shipping provider.

Colombia
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photographs or videos of the product and its packaging so we can assess the case.

For remote purchases, we will apply the right of withdrawal when applicable according to Colombian law. Law 1480 provides, with exceptions, a period of 5 business days to exercise this right. 

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, tampered with, or unsealed products may be excluded from returns where legally applicable.

United States
Orders shipped directly by our suppliers are also subject to their return and replacement conditions. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us to manage the case with the corresponding supplier.

Returns due to a change of mind will be subject to the policy applicable to the product and supplier. This is consistent with the US system, where seller return policies and timeframes are particularly relevant. 

Spain
For online purchases, the consumer generally has 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. There are exceptions, including certain sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. 

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the order, we will manage the corresponding solution in accordance with applicable regulations and supplier conditions.

Important: Do not discard the product or its packaging while the case is being reviewed. We may request photographs, videos, order number, and evidence of the condition in which it was received.
